Booking a Ride

Send us a WhatsApp or call with where you are, where you are going, and whattime you need the car. We confirm the booking and the driver's details before pickup.

 

Areas We Cover

Beirut, Metn and Keserwan. If you are outside these areas, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

 

Prices

Our launch offer is 50% off all eVolt rides. The fare is agreed with you before the ride begins, so there are no surprises at the end of it.

 

If Something Went Wrong

Tell us. A late car, a driver who was not what you expected, a fare you did not agree to, something left behind — message the WhatsApp number or email bookings@evolt.taxi with the date and roughly the time of your ride, and we will find it.

 

Lost property: We hold items found in our cars for 14 days.

Complaints:  We respond within 5 working days.

Refunds: See our Sales Policy.

 

Accessibility

Tell us what you need when you book — a child seat, help with luggage, room for a wheelchair or a guide dog — and we will tell you straight away whether we can arrange it.
